La session a permis aux pharmaciens participants de renforcer leurs connaissances sur la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9, notamment en mati\u00e8re d\u2019identification et de description des processus pertinents dans les services pharmaceutiques, ainsi que de leur pilotage dans une dynamique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/p>\n

Pour atteindre ces objectifs, la formation s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur des pr\u00e9sentations et des expos\u00e9s, suivis d\u2019\u00e9changes, de clarifications, de questions-r\u00e9ponses et d\u2019exercices pratiques. Cette d\u00e9marche a favoris\u00e9 l\u2019appropriation des notions abord\u00e9es et leur application aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s professionnelles des participants.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 travers cette initiative, le Conseil R\u00e9gional de Fada, r\u00e9gion ordinale de l\u2019Est, r\u00e9affirme l\u2019importance de la formation continue dans le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et la promotion des bonnes pratiques pharmaceutiques.<\/p>\n

Au-del\u00e0 du renforcement des connaissances, l\u2019enjeu est de faire de la qualit\u00e9 une exigence durable dans les officines, les h\u00f4pitaux et les districts sanitaires. L\u2019objectif final reste l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des services pharmaceutiques, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients et la protection de la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n
