pharmaciens d\u2019officines, d\u2019h\u00f4pitaux, des districts sanitaires ainsi que de l\u2019administration publique autour d\u2019un objectif commun : am\u00e9liorer durablement la qualit\u00e9 des services pharmaceutiques au profit des populations.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assembl\u00e9e a \u00e9galement permis de pr\u00e9senter et d\u2019examiner le rapport moral et le rapport financier. \u00c0 l\u2019issue des \u00e9changes, il ressort que la majorit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s programm\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, traduisant le dynamisme et l\u2019engagement du Conseil r\u00e9gional dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ses missions au service de la profession.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux ont par ailleurs permis de revisiter les fondamentaux de la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9, d\u2019explorer les mod\u00e8les applicables aux activit\u00e9s pharmaceutiques et de renforcer les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re d\u2019organisation, de documentation et de suivi des prestations professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte de certification progressive des structures de sant\u00e9, les \u00e9changes ont particuli\u00e8rement insist\u00e9 sur le respect des normes de conservation et de dispensation des m\u00e9dicaments, la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des produits de sant\u00e9 ainsi que l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019accueil et de la prise en charge des patients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 travers cette initiative, le Conseil r\u00e9gional de l\u2019Est r\u00e9affirme son engagement \u00e0 accompagner les pharmaciens dans l\u2019appropriation des standards de qualit\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 garantir des soins s\u00fbrs, efficaces et conformes aux exigences professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Ensemble, poursuivons la dynamique d\u2019am\u00e9lioration
